This particular practice has been developed for people struggling with trauma, processing difficult memories, or who are maybe struggling to find self-forgiveness within themselves.

Benefits of this Practice

  • Allows healing of trauma
  • Strengthens the communication between the head and heart
  • Brings feelings of harmony and tranquility
  • Promotes mindfulness

How to do this Practice

Find a space within your home where you will not be distracted, as concentration is essential here. When you are ready, follow these easy steps.

Step 1: In a seated position with a straight spine and closed eyes, raise the right hand in front of you, as though you are taking an oath, and place the left hand over the heart. Control the breath and clear the mind, releasing all thoughts.

Step 2: Allow yourself to enter a hypnotic trance, whilst listening to this piece of music throughout. This will enable you to look deep into your mind, into the primal existence, without consciously having to think about it.

Step 3: After approximately 12 minutes of this hypnosis, place the left hand on the forehead and the right hand over the heart. Try to cover the whole forehead with the hand.

Allow your energy to flow through your hands, between your head and your heart. Allow yourself to slip into a trance, as though nothing else exists but this connection.

Step 4: After a few minutes, allow the hands to fall to the sides and enter a state of Shuniya, where there is complete stillness and nothing at all exists. You will feel perfect peaceful harmony.

Step 5: When you are ready, ball the hands up into tight fists with the thumbs on the outside. Keeping the elbows relaxed at the sides, brings the fists together in front of the heart.

Then bring the hands out in front of you, maintaining around a 45-degree angle at the elbows.

Step 6: Keep alternating between these two positions. One full cycle should take around two seconds to complete. Maintain this steady rhythm for 12 minutes.

Step 7: For the last seven minutes this movement should be sped up, so that one full cycle takes around one second.

To End: Take a deep breath and hold it for around 20 seconds. Make very tight fists during this time, bringing them to the Heart Center, squeezing tight. After 20 seconds exhale, and repeat twice more, before commencing Cannon Breath for the last exhalation.
